Aloe Vera, Yogurt and Honey Hair Mask:
This mask always makes your hair healthy, soft ,shiny and dandruff free.If You are workout in the gym your hair needs that extra special care every week.you’ve to start this mask your tresses would be healthy and almost dandruff free.The best part about this mask is that all the ingredients can easily be found at home itself and is really quick to make.
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp aloe vera gel
• 2 tbsp yogurt• 1 tbsp honey
• 1tbsp olive oil (Optional. Add only for very dry hair)
• Hand blender
procedure:
1.Take out the gel from the aloe vera leaf. Or if using store bough gel, measure out 2 tbsp of the aloe vera gel and put it into the bowl. Whisk the gel.
2. Add 1 tbsp of honey in the bowl. Do not add too much honey otherwise the hair mask gets sticky and tugs on the hair while applying. Mix the honey and the gel well.
3.Pour in 2 tbsp of yogurt.
4.If you are using the olive oil, add it to the other ingredients in the bowl.
5.Whisk all the ingredients together.
6.Apply it to the scalp and hair and leave it on for 15 – 20 mins. You can also leave it longer.
7. After 15-20 rinse with warm water. Then follow it up with a round of shampoo.
8.When you use this mask, you can leave out the conditioner. The mask itself works as a great conditioner for your hair.

Aloe vera is known to promote hair growth and also alleviate the dandruff. Yogurt also reduces the dandruff in the hair and makes it soft and manageable. Honey as we all know is a great moisturizing agent. It makes dry and damaged hair soft and shiny.
