This has amazing buttery texture, glides on like dream on my upper and lower lash line. No tug or pull against the skin.All it needs is just a few seconds to set. If we need to smudge it , we need to do it immediately. Once set , it becomes 100% smudge proof and transfer proof. Even the shimmer does not transfer.
We need an oil-based makeup remover or waterproof makeup remover to remove these. A regular makeup remover will not remove this. Need a little more effort to remove it.
