The balm is pure white,there is no tint whatsoever,the texture is hard as in you swipe you cont really get a layer or creaminess it is just there a very very light layer or coating on the lips hence this is not a very wintery balm, this is more like a maintenance balm or like a lip primer to be used lightly before you apply lipstick in case you do prime your lips.
