L’Oreal Paris Glam Shine 6 Hours Lip Gloss offers a perfect balance between shine and staying power, just one swipe is enough to plump, glossy looking lips.
This is a light peachy lip gloss with shimmers of gold and silver in it. The shimmer is clearly visible in the tube, but on the lips, it does not show much.
It is smooth and creamy in texture. It also glides easily on your lips without any tug or pull.
It gives luscious looking pouty lips but is sticky and feels heavy on the lips.It does not feather and bleed also, It is quite a pigmented gloss with sheer to medium coverage. The peachy shade is visible on your lips. It almost covered my pigmented lips with 2 swipes of the gloss, but the more you apply, the more heavy it feels on your lips.
The colour is difficult to show up on highly pigmented lips and hence difficult to hide the pigmentation too.
It has a very good staying power without meals in between. It stayed around 4 to 5 hours.It transfers easily onto everything, so half the colour vanishes in that manner. After a meal, the gloss tends to patch up on your lips.
The gloss comes in a transparent plastic tube with silver cap and a leaf-shaped wand. The colour of the shade is visible through the tube and the shape of the wand makes it easy for a precise application in the corners of your lips. The packing is classy, sturdy and elegant but the product inside did not impress me very much.
